That is indeed the actual Massive Attack video for "Teardrop." Vocals by Elizabeth Fraser of the late and lamented Cocteau Twins. Maybe one of the top 10 tracks of the late 90's, IMHO. (The disc is "Mezzanine", and it's awesomn.)
I think the fetus kind of freaks me out for all sorts of reasons... but I really liked the Radiohead.
Here's another endearing but slightly fraught clip, from those masters of darkness, Coldplay. ;) Love the concept of everything in the world of the video existing like a big collage.
